How is "Leases Per Week" calculated?

RentTracker collects listing data from comps daily. When a unit that was previously listed stops being listed for 3 consecutive days, our system assumes that it has gone off market. "Leases Per Week" calculates the number of units that go off market during the last week. This metric is helpful for leasing managers to understand leasing velocity in a comp set, and which comp is actually signing leases.
